Our Process

Next, after reviewing the plans we would give you our evaluation of how align-items-center we could do the project to meet your needs. We would come to an agreement on what should be done and at this point we would be able to give you a rough estimate on the cost of your project.

After this we could begin the Estimate and Quote phase, depending on the size of the project this could take a day to a couple weeks to build the estimate we would like to consider all costs in the project to reduce unexpected costs during the building phase. We use programs such as Wrightsoft and Buildertrend to accurately price the project.

Once ready we will release the proposal to you using Buildertrend software, or Housecall pro where you will be able to see all the project details including pricing, time of completion, and materials used. You are also able to sign your proposal electronically at your convenience. When you sign the proposal we would agree upon a Start Date for your project, and get to work!

Throughout the project you will continue to have access to your project on the Client Portal where you can see real time updates of your project. This includes photos, schedules, messages, contracts and more to conveniently keep you up to date, as well as keep track of all the project details in one place.

At some point after the project start you will have the Inspection period, again you will be kept up to date during this phase. After all inspections are passed and you are satisfied with the project we will begin the Finalization, during this phase we will give you details on warranties and product registrations should they apply. And most importantly you can enjoy the finished result of your project!
